    Threat Assessment and Management Training Seminar (TAMTS)

    This is a 3-day course designed by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) that provides an understanding of threatening communications investigations. This course will train the officer in identifying and analyzing threats, offer interview/interrogation strategies and help the investigator in his/her approach to threat cases.

    These techniques relate to threats of violence from terrorism, school violence, sexual crimes, stalking, cyber crimes (cyber stalking), domestic violence, arson, sabotage, communicated threats, insider threats, pre-attack behavior, unsolicited communications of threats and a myriad of other incidents.

    Location and Dates:
    Seattle, WA June 7 – 9
    Amelia Island, FL September 13 - 15
