SCPSDI will be conducting the following Public Safety Diver Course in Munich, Germany.
PSD Instructor Course
Class Level: Advanced Open Water or Higher
Method of Testing: Written and Skills
Course Description: The PSD Instructors Course will cover all areas of Public Safety Diving. Upon successful completion, the PSD instructor will be authorized to instruct all levels of Public Safety Diving (including PSD Assistant Instructor).
Objectives: To include but not limited too;
1.The Instructor Candidate will demonstrate/articulate the ability to instruct and correct PSD Diving Techniques
2. The Instructor Candidate will be able to correctly asses the PSD Divers abilities via class
3. The Instructor Candidate will demonstrate proper ‘Self-Rescue†techniques in assisting a distressed dive team members
4. The Instructor Candidate will learn to administer/develop written tests/exams per state/department regulations
