Mother speaks of child killed my emergency vehicle

I had a VERY moving video of a mother talking about her daughter being killed by an emergency vehicle and how we should increase training etc...But evidently I deleted it by accident and I have to teach a class in 1 hour lol...anybody remember her name or have a link to the video? You would be a life saver
