It's called a tamper-proof Torx. They are sized with #'s like T15, T20, 25, 27, etc. It used to take a request on company letterhead to get them but now they are at the auto parts stores.

we use havis shield consoles and the star head works fine to remove those small screws.

I have a question for anyone that is familiar with the Havis-Shields equipment consoles? I am trying to figure out what kind of bit i need to remove the screws on the console covers. The screws look like a star bit but have a raised center that i like to call a nipple. I want re-arrange some of the controls as well as clean the console. Any help would be great.
