  • "paris hilton goes back to jail . " what are your thoughts

there are a few judges left in hollywood that still beleve in justice is blind ,
i think that it's about time someone took a stand and made the brats of hollywood realize that there is real punishment for every one even the rich ,,,,
how many people that are in jail for the same thing do you think are being let out for a skin rash .
not many if any at all ,, i know of at least three people in jail im my community that are sick and going to die in a few months but they dont get out....

so i salute the judge for sticking by his guns on this
and may many more follow suit..
All gave some,,, Some gave all...

I know, that is just too cool. I'm glad someone is sticking up for justice and law in L.A. Maybe this judge is trying to make up for all the other Hollywood folks who seem to get off a la OJ..... It's about time the young rich and famous spoiled brats learn something the hard way and actually pay the consequences. Maybe Lindsey will be next

I don't know what it's like in the rest of the country, but in So. Cal, there is nothing BUT Paris. What do I think? I don't give a rat's. To me, it's more publicity for this wench who clearly gets enough on her own for reasons I'll never know. She will come out of this even more bratty and witchy and she's made the system look very, very foolish. I think she's played the system like a fiddle.

The judge is sticking to his guns yes, but how many other people's personal stock so to speak rises when given jail time. You know she's gonna come out with a book or something ridiculous after this.

I think it's great that a judge is not bending the rules for someone who is famous... for some unknown reason aside from the B level pr0n she put on the internet.

I'm disapointed with the Sheriffs office wanting to let her out.
I'm sorry, Bruce. These boys get that syrup in 'em, they get all antsy in their pantsy.

                    Paris Hilton

Well, finally, a Judge with some guts. I don't normally agree with "community activists", but do agree with one Gentleman from South Central L.A. He pointed out the rather obvious disparity in treatment for the average citizen, compared to Ms.Hilton (I'm trying to be nice here). IMO Sheriff Baca is an "unusual" law enforcement executive. He has reportedly run soup kitchens in the past. While compassion is a necessary part of any Officer's character, soup kitchens are not part of a law enforcement agency's mission. Prior to yesterday, Ms. Hilton, with Sheriff Baca's assistance, made a mockery of what we call a justice system. The Judge in the case stood up for at least a standard of fairness.

Personallyy I don't care if she is in or out of jail, but there are many inmates released from the L.A. County jail on a daily basis for far more serious offenses than her. What has she done that you would like to see her in the GP? Would you suggest convicted cops gp in the GP as well?
