  • Retirements

Just looking around to see what type of retirement alot of us have. My agency has [email protected], which means, you can retire at age 50 and recieve 3% of your pay for every year you worked. 25 Years=75%. Medical for member only, not family.

So what is your departments retirement?

Ours is 50/50. 50% of your salary at 50 yoa, no medical unless you want to pay for it. Then 2.5% per year that you stay past 20 with a max of 75% at 30 yrs. Illinois has been talking for years about 28 and 80% and now is talking 26 and 80% but it's only talk.
