Reminds me of that scene in "Men in Black" where Will Smith's character is chasing that alien all through New York, and the guy literally climbs up a building.
At that point, I think I might call off the pursuit...

That guy reminds me of a guy I chased a couple of months ago. Got away from me after being Tazed, then pulled a dart when he was found and Tazed again, then when he ran from that he had a large chunk taken out of his right calf by a K9 as he was clearing a fence and got away. After the injury from the dog bite he still out ran a fairly fit officer by jumping a 7' cinder block fence like he had wings. Later found out he was drunk and high.Comment

I just watched part of a show on Discovery or TLC or one of those channels on this. It's a growing sport in urban areas, sort of in the same vein as urban rollerblading or skateboarding. It was amazing what some of those guys could do. Then again, Jackie Chan's been doing that crap for years.
Let me just say that if I'm chasing a guy and he runs up and over a 20-foot wall, it's over. Spiderman's one of the good guys.
This reminds me of an episode of COPS I saw years ago. Some guy tried to run from an officer and had at least half a block on the cop. The officer caught up to him before he had gone 50 feet. It turned out the cop was a former Olympic sprinter.Caution and worry never accomplished anything.Comment
