There isn't a word to describe how rediculous this is.
    I miss you, Dave.

      First this:
The allegations against Diaz, 31, a seven-year veteran of the Border Patrol, initially were investigated by Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of Professional Responsibility, which cleared the agent of any wrongdoing.
      Than this
But the Internal Affairs Division at U.S. Customs and Border Protection ruled differently nearly a year later and, ultimately, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas brought charges.
What a joke, pressure from Mexico I bet.

Its time for a BERLIN type wall snipers and all !!!! The importation of drugs into this country should be considered a terrorist attack and handled the same way .....with extreme prejudice!!!

And my co-workers wonder why I say "NEVER" when they ask if I applied to Border Patrol. I could never work for an agency that doesn't at least half way support the officers. I hope that 17 year old considers applying to a local college. Gov. Perry wants you to be educated.

This story is just ridiculous and it really upsets me! It just shows the lack of support from our government towards our agents. The "kid" got immunity to testify against the agent? I'm so disgusted by this. I live in a border town and unfortunately you see this nonsense go on.

I doubt it, Mexico pitched a fit and the US sold out the Border Patrol agent to keep relations up. It has happened several times over the years

OMG...and I applied for that agency. We need to start a petition to get this guy pardoned and promoted within the BP as soon as we get a new president in.

We need someone like Pat Buchanan for president. The current one and previous one had no balls at all when it came to dealing with illegal aliens and drug smugglers.
