I donate frequently to Harrison county and MAY have paid for that vehicle(favorite casino is there) BUT have never seen it,and I go pretty often.

I just saw a few photos from Harrison Co Texas and Huston pd. The back of the car is painted like a taxi and the front like a police vehicle. It indicates "you decide on the ride" type message. Probably a federal grant cause they choose crap like that.
