I'm curious how other depts are....

Do you guys get any of this and how much???


We get a 40 hours class of it and then get 40 hour refreshers every 6 months

In MO....we get 40 hours in the academy....and that is it....

Don't have to do any more unless you want to or your agency makes you....

We get an 80 hr certification course and then do quarterly training. However, its not for all the officers, its only for the ones that join the team.

I believe ours was 48 hours... we did it after returning from FLETC. Not sure if we have to re-cert or if it's a one-time deal.
