Handcuffs/Holder

Hi everyone, I just recent got on as a Juvenile CO and I was told to find a set of cuffs to use for the job. I would most likely only need one pair of handcuffs, but what would you recommend? Also what holder to go with them?

I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I don't wanna skimp either on safety.

I had a pair of Peerless 700 fail on me recently and have heard WAY to many stories of the same happening for others to recommend them to anyone who has the choice of which to buy/carry.
