The test is really simple. You step up and down on a platform for like 3 minutes straight, you drag a dummy, you lift a dummy, you load, fire and unload a revolver, you climb over a short wall and you climb a ladder...that's pretty much it. It's there to test your ABILITY, not how fast you can do it or a contest. They make sure you are physically capable of handling the real test.
unless you are extremely out of shape, you can get through the "cough" "P.T test" it is nothing at all like the police officer standards, which for the record i believe it should be same standards.. I have seen 90lb females and 300lb females pass, so dont sweat it..
