Does anybody know of any departments in WI with a police aid or cadet program? I really want to get my foot in the door, but I am only 19 and do not yet have 60 credits. I live about 45 minutes north of Milwaukee if that helps at all.

Could always just try to gain the experience to be used to get into another department. I agree with you though, I would never work for MPD as a sworn officer. I'd take Chicago first....
