i want to lateral from baltimore and im done w/the process my application just went to the review board on monday 6/4. can anyone answer how sson i can expect to hear from the board but most importantly is there an official lateral academy or do they just thrown you in with the new recruits and how long. thanks for the answers if need be im me

You will be thrown in for the first few months, then push along faster

The last two laterals that graduated were in the academy for 8 months. The average time length for a laterals in the academy is between 5-7 months.
