Hey all,
Just wanted to start a new thread for people looking for housing/rooms to rent in the DMV area. I know on my department new recruits might get "The Call" on a Friday and have to report to the academy by Monday from out of state.
Rooms for Rent
Residence located in Woodbridge Virginia off I95 exit 158/Prince William Parkway
All rooms located on the second level of condo
Large Room $750 utilities/cable/internet included
Two smaller Rooms $650 utilities/cable/internet included
Rooms furnished with bed/linen/TV/fridge
Shared upstairs Bath
Common areas shared
Washer/Dryer in residence
Free Parking
Lease terms: 6 month minimum then month to month after. 30 day notice required prior to move out.
Residence shared with professional military/law enforcement family.
