In the section where they ask you to answer multiple choice questions describing your current duties, is this only related to current LE officers?
I'm a personal trainer so Im not sure if i should be answering questions such as: 15. Indicate the extent to which you have communicated with various levels of employees in order to obtain and provide information.

I have limited experience communicating with others in order to obtain or verify information.
I regularly communicate with individuals in the same office/agency and related support units, and members of the general public in order to obtain, verify or provide routine information.
I regularly communicate with management officials to notify them of decisions, problems, or further actions needed, or to explain the organization's programs or services.
I regularly present information at departmental/organizational briefings and meetings to convey information on program activities or to describe the impact of new operational responsibilities.
I have led briefings or taught courses on complex material to audiences such as attorneys, elected officials, or law enforcement personnel.
I mean I could probably pick B the second answer, but again would I be stretching it? It seems its only geared towards experienced LE.
