How is the morale with the new police chief? I picked up an app at the franklin station the other day seems like the department is in need of work. I t was wierd to see that the sheriffs office had newer vehicles and seemed to be better equipped. what type of equipment you guys have out there.. been told to steer clear of the department anyone currently working there that can give me info?

Henrico will stop putting on academies for a while after the 50th basic. they are not full, but there are a lot of new officers jumping ship and they want to figure out why before they spend all that time and money in a recuit if they are going to just jump ship.

most of them patrol officers are awesome...good department for the most part, but like i said, a lot of people jumping ship.

Henrico can be a tough agency to get hired on with, I think you will like petersburg PD, you will get more experience in the bureau within a years time unlike somewhere of a more suburbia setting in 3 years!
