Officer Freeman??

I'm looking for contact information for Officer Hubert Freeman. The last time I spoke with him (about a year ago) he was working towards getting into investigations so he may be a Detective now. I believe he works for either Plano PD, Dallas PD, or Richardson PD. We're old friends and used to work together.
