I have recently discovered that peace officers can receive 16hrs of TCOLE training hours for their MSF course.
MSF/MSC course (there are a few names) = the motorcycle course a texas citizen must complete to receive their motorcycle endorsement on their TX license (I was looking to take and advanced course when I noticed the TCOLE deal).
I do not know if this is retroactive for past courses.
I took my MSF a little over a year ago and MTC did not submit my hours to the state.
I have a call into TCOLE asking if I can submit these hours through TCLEDDS.
I will update the thread with what I hear back.
If you are an officer with your class M endorsement, you might be able to get some free hours.
You can't beat free continuing education hours!!
