Any peace officer can enforce that section right?...not just a game warden? I am mainly refering to doing fishing license checks on our local piers late at night.

Parks and Wildlife Code Sec. 11.0191. ENFORCEMENT OF CODE.
Law enforcement officers commissioned by the director and any other peace officers have the authority to enforce all provisions of this code.

+1 to what Lawfficer said. You just can't look through the receptacles like a Game Warden due to statutory inspection authority

You need to be certified a Marine Saftey Officer to enforce the Texas Water Safety Act, but it does not appear fishing license is a part of that.

You can enforce the fishing license checks. I used to do them all the time.
