DPD Sept 30th Academy...Whos In???
Thought I would start a new Thread to see who has made it through the process and is scheduled to attend DPD Class 319 on Sept 30th.

Well everybody, I am done with the process. I passed everything and my file has been approved to be on hold until I can come down in January. Unfortunately, the person I talked to said she's not sure when the next class in 2010 will be scheduled. I'm hoping for the best! Good lord, just heard today there is going to be 59 of you new kids on Wednesday!
I don't know where they're gonna put ya, as I don't think we have too many lockers available and not nearly enough parking.... gotta love the "puppy mill"...

NO WAY!! R u kidding me? That is crazy i thought they kept the classes to more like 30-40?? I wonder why such a big class this time? You think due to the big out of town recruiting push. As members of the DT staff have said, they've turned the academy into a "puppy mill."
Not sure of the real reason behind the sizes of the class, but it could be due to the high "turn over" rate seen. After all the senior class started with 50 and are down to around 30 I believe..“The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed."
