Lateral to Tennessee

Anyone know of any good SO's in the NE side of the state?
Anyone know if they accept out of state transfers or do they require you do the academy all over again?

Any help would be great.

I heard that knoxville pd has started a latteral transfer. only a 4 week acadamy.

Thanks..do you know if the Sheriffs agencies are better then the local agencies up there?

East TN is very rural. You will get better pay and benifits at a city pd, for the most part. If they have to send you to an acadamy, it is only 8 weeks here. put on by walters state community college. I know that jefferson county so is hiring. The morristown police dept is also hiring.
