i am looking for info on PA motor carrier enforcement officer

what is the training,who do i talk to to get started with the carrier, training involved

Also check out PUC inspectors. At least they are civil service.

Bureau of State Employment. if i go to this site i am a little confused
do i turn in my resume?

With the bureau of state employment, you mail them an application (you can download it from the BSE website) along with a resume. They then intern match you to jobs in their bank. So you can be given an offer to be PSP dispatcher or motor carrier officer.

Also with BSE, they are not civil service, so you do not have as many protections.
