    Question for those who have gone thru the OSP Basic Academy lately. What is the first week or so of PT like. I am running 2-3 miles daily. I will be starting August 18th. What should I be running?

    Car9,

    Make sure you're running quickly - the pace is quicker than a jog. The PT is really not too bad once you get broken in and used to it, but keep in mind there is a lot more than just running involved.

      OK. I figured there is a lot more than just running involved. On my training runs, I avaerage about an 8:30 mile and then when I time myself for the 1.5 run I average a 7:30 mile. Should I be running my training runs faster?
