Wanted to give a heads up to those already OPOTA certified. CPD has started a lateral hiring process and have not had many applicants yet. If you have 5 years experience you will start at 89k with our current top out at 103k. You will be hired at lower seniority so there are no bonus points for time. CPD aid OPF and your Sick time will transfer. Definitely worth the transfer as we are looking for current OPOTA with larger city experience PREFERRED.
