Does anyone know how soon we should hear back about our psychological evaluation?

Are the Psych test and medical stress test done on the same day?

No. The medical and stress test are done on one day then when that is passed you are scheduled for your psych test then scheduled for your psych interview.

I took the psych eval over a week ago , wondering when or if anyone has heard back with those results yet ? Seems like many of the other processes and testing we have taken have been much quicker then the psych eval.

There are some that have been hired and are going into this coming up December class. Chaney1 where are you at in the process?

Just wanting to give perspective...

it takes about 1.5-2 years to be hired most of the time.

From there they usually have about 50 CPD per class and loose 10-15 per class for various reasons.

Physical fitness and not being able to fight are big removal reasons. Get in shape and have the mindset that you’ll be getting punched in the face a lot during the academy.

FTO looses anywhere from 2-4 on average.

it’s a tough academy and training program but it makes you a great officer. Be patient. There are two academies per year. June and December. If anyone has questions shoot me a message
