As of now they have about 125 people on the waiting list. I am sure some of those people have found jobs elsewhere.

Same here. I'd be surprised if we didn't get into the class after this upcoming one. They haven't accepted new applicants in a while. I imagine the wait-list is starting to get pretty small. I could be wrong though.

Yeah Same here, I think we're getting close. With Class 163 graduating in June, assuming they start one right after we should be hearing something about orientation within the next month with a possible start sometime in June (That's what I'm hoping for)

I’ve heard about an academy starting in June, an academy starting this fall, and one starting early next year. At this point, I don’t know what to believe anymore.

Talked to a Trooper who was recently in Columbus. He heard they were planning a class for mid-fall. He said they planned on having about 50 cadets and the class will be about 40% minority/female. He said females will have priority.

Don't get your hopes up because this is just what I've heard from one dude.
