Why would they be starting a hiring freeze if they just reposted the job and are telling people to contact recruiters and posts for application information? Seems to me like they are planning to start more academies soon.

What has everyone been doing to get in/stay in shape for the academy? I feel like I'm in pretty good shape, I run 12-16 miles a week and I have been keeping up with my push-ups and sit-ups. I also do BJJ 3-4 times a week. I plan on really picking up the pace this next month to condition myself for this academy. I plan on making the month of October one big Rocky Balboa training montage. Anybody who has been through have any tips?
