Who knows, maybe they decided to say screw it to the December test people and are doing a new one

So no one on here knows anyone that works there who may have a better insight? I know I don't....... I'm just curious as to what is really going on and how close we really are until the next steps and finally the actual hiring.

I was told that it is budget issues, and that they are trying to fly under the radar right now. Hence, you never hear of lay-offs from the county. It def sucks!

yeah, sucks is right! I just wish they would at least send us something acknowledging that they know we still exist! Oh well....

I imagine that if we get letters it will probably be a year from now saying "We are updating our list you need to retake our test''

I had an officer tell me last time he was in the jail , he still heard they want to hire 30 this year. so who knows

From what I hear from the training academy a huge class in january is what there working on

That would be awesome! Of course, the sooner the better. BUT, as long as I know before then, I would be ok with that.
