Guardian Angel Lights

Has anyone heard of these lights? Are there any officers currently using them? If so, honest opinions. I am looking to purchase one but would like honest opinions first. Thank you.

Basically, you would use this when you are on the side of the road when conducting traffic stops. It makes it where the passer-by cars are able to see you better.
