What with the hiring freeze and the usual turn over, I've been afforded the opportunity to work a lot more overtime lately. I'm curious if any of you guys in other departments are experiencing anything similar.
This is my first day off after a seven day stretch (12 hour shifts), then I go back for four more. Overtime has usually always been available to some degree or the other, but they typically comp it out. The way it's been for the last few months all the time I've taken off has been comp, so any overtime they pay me for........I'm a little tired at the moment, but Christmas should be nice!
