State Troopers

Is there any reason why state troopers seem to not carry many items on their duty belts when in their regular patrol uniforms? All I see is a gun, handcuffs, a magazine holder, and OC spray. No baton, radioor flashlight; and know one seems to wear any gloves either.

You probably just cant see the batons or radio holders in the pictures.

Why would someone wear gloves at all times?

A friend of mine is a Trooper, and she stops in to have dinner with us every 4th weekend when she's on 10a-10p. The baton is always on her belt, and the radio is in her back pocket until she sits down. She keeps gloves in her bag in the car.

Me too. I was on that man hunt for 5 or 6 weeks, and was on it the day he did his thing.

i swear the tall guy in the picture with the ferrari was the trooper who was standing outside the building and talking to us for the farmingdale location exam

That trooper does look like the one who was at the farmingdale site. Although I can't remember if he was the one who was just standing around or the one who was calling the applicants incompetent because they couldn't file up in a group of five, and have their paper out. He looked happy that I actually followed his directions

I remember him, he was yelling at people and sending them back to the car to put away bags and so on.
