The SCPD academy is located in Brentwood right next to Suffolk County Community College, They start around 7am and I don't know what time they finish, they do a lot of running out side I can tell you that. When I was going to school there I use to watch them train.

Hey, I was just curious how the SCPD academy is structured. I know that it is not a live-in academy, and all of that. The academy I went to in NH was very military based. Marching, saluting, lights out at 9:30pm, PT at 5:00am, all that fun stuff. Just curious if other academys are structured similarly.
