I got scheduled for the fitness test and after I confirmed I could be there I got scheduled for suffolk's orientation the same day, anyone know how long I would be at the mta fitness test, trying to see if I don't have to reschedule

You'll be at the College of Staten Island for probably 3 or 4 hours at least

For people still waiting for a date for their physical. If you haven’t got a date yet. You weren’t selected to participate for this round. My buddy called the service request line and asked. Just a FYI for the people that got a prep email but no date

Any possibility that PT failures might be called back to retest ?

No such thing as a retest. You only get one shot and uf you fail HR is right there to DQ you.

A few years ago they would call people back but there are so many candidates now there is no need for it.

Do you get any amount of tries at the physical test site or once you mess up you fail?

One and done you fail. To me if you barely failed like me, failed by two push-ups, you should be afforded another opportunity but that doesn’t happen.

Anyone passed the physical have any advice. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I did the physical last year july and passed. I got assigned my third investigator two weeks ago and last week i went in and got my fingerprints done with my investigator and provided all paperwork that was missing.She informed me that i am waiting to do the poly, psych and medical. She said she has no clue when the rest of the process will be and i have to call HR. I called and i got no response or any updates. How long until i get to the next steps. Been waiting since last year.
