You can start with 3-4 sets it depends on your body, if you are overweight start running and implement fasting or keto diet to get in shape quick and maintain it and if you really want the job you will get it done

Conditional offers were sent out Tuesday to selected individuals who passed the physical back in July. They were also given dates for Poly, psych, and medical. Probably looking to hire in the month of January. All you can do is wait if you haven't gotten the COE.

Hey all, New to the forum! I took the MTAPD test in December of 2019. I got my results back and it said I passed. I know they aren’t civil service based but what is there process? If anybody knows. After the results do they just randomly pick people to move toward in the process? Any information would be helpful!

When taking the polygraph, do the examiner tell you on the spot if you failed?

No. They won’t tell you there. If you fail, you will receive an email notifying you that you have been disqualified.

Senate will probably block any financial bailout to blue states especially NY. NYS budget is basically cut in half for FY 2021

Hey question for a friend has anyone failed the polygraph and or know someone that has. Could anyone tell me what routes they took to appeal it? What process did you go through
