If you mean adjusting the reps and times, I highly doubt it. In the e-mail They sent the same Cooper standard test chart . I believe it’s just less people this time around and social distancing. Less people on the track at once.

How are y’all preparing for the 300 min sprint ? I’m trying to get an accurate measurement using google maps

All you have to do is find track with markings on it 100 meters etc.
If not just run a lap under a min 300m is right before you curve around on the opposite side of the track

Spring for a couple of bucks and get a 100 foot tape measure (minimum) and measure it out. It's not rocket science.

Do we know how many people are going to be there out of curiosity

I have yet to receive any information regarding my PT. I submitted paperwork to my investigator about a month ago and was wondering if everyone who is in this phase will be taking the PT?

Will the MTA’s 10 billion COVID deficit have an affect on the governors agreed upon budget to hire 500 MTAPD cops?

It's unknown right now, but probably. There is no freeze on processing necessarily just hiring. I'm guessing that they will be processed and will be ready to go when this gets lifted, but I don't know for sure. It will be a relatively small group of people and more will be needed.
Stay motivated and stay in shape.

Not really. I’ve done my share amount of physical test for different police departments. Some departments require you to bench press your own body weight. Some make you stretch past your toes. MTA uses the basic cooper standard test.
In my opinion NJ has the best physical test because it’s based on points. You might not be a good runner but have good upper body, and core strength. Port authority and NJ state troopers use this physical Exam chart. You can go on their website and see more details regarding their physical exam.
If you are attending the physical test next weekend. Good luck and give it your all!!!

I got physical date but didn’t get my medical cert signed in time. End of the line for me with MTA. lol anybody here submit paperwork to Investigator prior to physical. I doubtthey would drop u at this point “ its not guaranteed u’ll move on”, seems unlikely if ur givingur BI paperwork & u pass physical they would drop u. Smh I basically dropped myself s.o.b lol

You had more than enough time to get this done. With the way things are now you may not get another chance.

HighwayBob His missed chance is someone else’s opportunity.
