            Kitchen needs updating and that hideous orange color's gotta go. Other than that, based solely on the pictures posted, this place is far from being "in shambles". Looks like it would make a nice starter home. However, the problem with these properties is the neighborhoods they are in. HUD calls them "revitalization areas". Others might call them the ghetto. "Good neighbor next door" means the LEO buyer is usually surrounded by BAD neighbors.
