I am not sure what the female chart is but I am sure you can look it up (Cooper Standards)
Also, these are the MINIMUM standards - remember that it's best to do better than the minimum.

How many push-ups ? How many sit-ups ? What is the time frame to finish the 1.5 mile run ?

    Completed the agility test!
When you arrive at the Kingston Precinct, you park in the back lot and report to the check in counter with your required paperwork that you are supposed to show up with and your ID. (Be in workout clothes and leave anything you don’t want to carry in your car)
Next, you get briefed by the Training Officer who answers any questions and explains the process. (Now is a great time to ask about tattoo policies or any of the other questions you may have) You should show up ready to workout. When it’s time for the test - you will be grouped with several others and escorted into a gym with a large wrestling mat on the floor where the push-up and sit-up portion takes place. You are paired with an officer who keeps track of your results. Everything here is explained like 3 times and then demonstrated to make it simple for everyone. If you fail I’m pretty sure you don’t move on to the run portion. After a quick break, the group is shuttled to an off site location to run the 1.5 miles. (For us it was outdoors on pavement) Again they really simplify this down and explain every detail for you. When you are done you get shuttled back to the training center and get briefed on the rest of the process.
Looks like the background check portion will commence in November or December and the next Academy class will start in about a year.
    Again good luck guys!

I also received this information yesterday. (Email about the agility test, requirements, list ranking, salary, and housing) I took the exam the first week in May - so the turnaround from test to this email is about 8 months. I am pretty excited to see where this goes guys.

If you are looking for verification on your exam position I suggest calling - (212) 669 - 1357 instead of checking the website @ www.nyc.gov/examsforjobs; (from my experience this is updated quicker)

    Good Luck to all!
