  • Have info from someone within the department that they will be canvassing another group relatively soon. Would say that pretty much infers another class before this list expires. Not sure when or up to what list number but I figured I would share.

Yes there is definitely at least one more class in the fall. There might be another class before than as well ( that one is not confirmed).

Awesome thanks, Any more on that potential class? (Or just know that it might happen?)

  • Apparently some canvas emails went out. Anyone know what lottery number they got down to?

I’m 208X and I have not gotten anything. Thinking they sent out Spanish speaking first.

I’m 11x on the Spanish list and I received an email.

  • Orientation is March 3rd, OC emails should’ve went out later on this afternoon

    • Haven’t heard of anyone from the regular OC list over 2000 be called for canvassing. Assuming they are either only canvassing Spanish or canvass emails haven’t gone out for non-spanish speakers yet.

Edited: Scratch that. They have started canvassing into the 2000s. For whatever reason I didn’t receive an email when I was supposed to.

      • Hello everyone, looking for some last second advice for the sit ups. I’m Looking to increase my reps another 3-4 to be well into the passing range as well as making sure the reps count because form is important. All suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

do more sit ups. Not being sarcastic but that’s the best advice. Try to lose a few pounds too

When I was training for the sit-ups I held a 25lb weight across my chest to make me heavier so when I didn't have the extra weight I moved that much faster

Thank you guys for your advice

      • Congrats to those who passed the PT today. For those in attendance, what was it like? Were you there long? How was the form on the sit-ups graded? Do they give you a warning on what you’re doing wrong to make adjustments? Thank you in advance

Got there around 6:20, a lot of waiting around but was there for around 5 hours. They give warnings but are firm on it being properly done otherwise you get dq
