No hair line. Low skin fades usually are good and 1 on top but they will give you the requirement at COE sign day.

People who took the fitness test Nov/dec of 2021 are getting called to start the process for the fall class…hopefully us who took it March of 2022 are slated for the spring class of 2024

It’s gonna be a while dude. Don’t lose hope just read the past comments they just got up to list 2400 ish. You have a while as long as the list is active then there’s a chance it’s just classes are smaller. To put it in diff perspective you took physical in march 2022 they’re up to people who took physical in may-juneish of 2021.

Plus A LOT of NYPD cops took this test like myself and are probably at top pay by now and won’t be able to take close to a $70,000 pay cut with the new contract

Jarhead0612 I agree that’s all I hear from people who are Nypd guys which has to be at least 25-50% of this list easy. All I can tell you from talking to an investigator that classes are going to remain small for a while (50 people) so it just depends on the factor or dqs or people turning it down. So it can go either way this upcoming may class I don’t think they cleared to hard on the list where as last class they cleaned through the list bigger then the past few classes.

I was called within the last week for interviews with a few villages. On the fence about if I should stay with my Nassau process or go with a village. I’m currently NYPD so I won’t have to do another academy with a village PD.

I got my background/finger print email today. Took pat Nov 2021. List number 33xx. Idk if im going to continue. I'm not a cop but I do have a mortgage and 37k isn't going to pay it. I'd have to sell if I got on. But figured give people a idea of where they are in processing

Rumors for that sergeants contract is they'll be doing the new schedule the PBA is doing and a top pay sergeant is rounding out around $160 once everything is lumped in. For you it depends on how much you hate the city, your current finances, and where you are on the sergeants list. Heard it's like a 3k person list and they're already going to start promoting this month. I'm 33xx, if Nassau doesn't work out for us lmk if you need a driver lol

Def going to be a tough decision for you too with how slow they’re going with only at list 24xx and pretty much 50 people a clip classwise. Good on you though with the sergeants list I mean as I see it as long as you’re happy where you are it’s def gonna be a huge pay cut by the time you get called but if you’re not happy moneys def not worth staying Nypd.

my oral psych was two weeks after my written psych.. my poly was a month after the oral psych… they don’t notify you if you pass “no news is good news”

Brklynfinest how do you get called by a village off of the Nassau list? Can they look up your information once you complete the background packet ?
