Nassau county village police dept's and current contracts

Seems that the nassau villages are the way to go now with both counties paying into health insurance and high steps to top pay.

I'm Looking to see which villages are better than others. IE. Top pay, Steps to top pay, Paying into health insurance,
chart, 1.66th bill, 3/4 disability etc. Any info helps.

All PDs in the NYS 384 pension plan have 3/4s.
