What do you want to know about the Orange County Sheriff's office/ Corrections Division?? The OC County Jail is located in Goshen, NY. Generally, County Corrections entry level civil service exams are conducted in April. These exams are prepared by the NYS Civil Service Department. You may check out the Orange County Government website early next year to see if Orange County will hold the CO exam.

I took the last exam this past April...they just issued the grades and list numbers this past week.

Just trying to get an idea of all the typical questions like:

Moral
Department size
Top pay
OT' availability(involuntarily/voluntarily)
Benefits
Uniform allowance
Agency supplied equipment.
etc...etc.
