A record which cant be seen by any other departments, if I'm not mistaken. NYPD doesnt release particulars of their investigations.

they basically got rid of the disqualification. But if i reapplied for NYPD the psychologist can pull that record from the previous time and fail me again and basically have on record that NYPD failed me in the psych. As oppose to now there is nothing there anymore

NYPD rejected it due in October 2010 for not having a medical record that they required from an expired psychitrist. I appealed directly to the NYC Civil Service Comission. I get a letter from the NYC civil service commission stating it was vacated because the NYPD did not submit the required documents to the Civil Service Commission in the alloted time. My specialist states that they put it as it never happened technically. So basically the disqualification is gone as he put it. He also stated that I can reapply to the NYPD but will run into speed bumps when it comes down to the psychogloical part. They can refail me due to them pulling the record from my previous interview/test but thats up to the NYPD psyghologist. What do you guys think? Should I just say no to NYPD and not chance it?

First thing, I would call APD to find out your status. And go from there.
