Had my medical in October, was told to come in beginning of this month for another drug screening because I needed one 60 days within the academy date.

I’m assuming they are waiting for all medicals to be completed before contacting people.

I'm assuming last minute. Have you had your medical yet? I have mine this Saturday so by the time my blood and urine come back I'm assuming I won't be notified until right before January 6th. Makes it very difficult to give notice to current employment.

Any compression shirt/shorts will do just make sure they are navy.

Good luck to all who are about to enter the academy in the near future, don’t lose focus on the goal. Take the academy day by day, and remind yourself of all the hurdles that you jumped in order to get to this point.

Hope you guys are right. Me and a few of us were told if we didn't make January 6 that's probably gonna be it. Well he certainly made it seem that way.....although maybe he's referring to those of us who are in the 9th/10th judicial district...maybe some of you chose NYC and scored higher(I'm in the 10,000s).

I'm just skeptical that only weeks away they're still looking for a good amount of people. Hope I'm badly wrong though and get a phone call...lol
