Not true it depends how far fown the list they get...I scored much lower than a 90

So many people took this test, they advertised it everyday in newsday, come become a court officer, just high school needed.

I scored an 83 on mine in 2008. Got called last oct/nov so it took a while. Still going through the process. I meet with BI this saturday.

I think passing is around 70. A lot of people did take this test, but the economy was in worst shape in 2008-2009 than it was back with the latest test in 2014, so I would be interested in seeing the numbers between then and now(test takers). Also, bear in mind a lot of the upstate JD's reached scores as low as 70, NYC canvassed scores at 83 and above and this list had to endure a two year hiring freeze(2011-2012) and when they started hiring again in 2013 it was less then 60 graduates between the upstate and downstate academies. I highly doubt this list will have such a significant freeze if one at all.
