Class put on a Freeze

I called my investigator to find out my status.they informed me i passed everything but my class was put on a freeze.how do you know when the freeze is over? do they send you a letter in the mail? or do i call my investigator periodically?I'm just getting frustrated with all this BS.

Well its for TEA. I know everybody hate traffic agent but its only just to get my foot the door.I really want Correction but i have a long wait my number is exam 8001.If you can found out anything i would really appreciate it deeply.

That's surprising, the city kept churning out classes of TEAs for the last year to make them more $$$.
