They're all very comparable to Suffolk County which is to say somewhere in the neighborhood of $120K base, give or take.

I do not know the salaries of the PD's out there, but there is more than one. For starters, the area is covered by the Suffolk County Police, The New York State Police, The Southampton Police, and probably a few more towns and villages.
But I will say the salaries are high, and the jobs hard to get, very competative.
