I am trying to get an disposition on an old ticket I received a bit more than 3 years ago. I called the kings county court but they have no record of it under my name or drivers liscense. What do I do? DMV only has parking tickets I think. I can't reach my BI either yet. Where did you guys get yours from?

Do we have to list every violation since the start of driving or is there a cut off period? I've been driving for 9 years and received speeding tickets in my teens. I got into a small accident in the beginning of 06 and few parking tickets that have been all paid off. I have no points. On top of that, I don't even remember that far.NYPD Exam # 8305: (07.31.08)

This is probably a stupid question, but does your abstract only show violations or accidents too? Does it show incidents from other states?NYPD

That may be the only way a mover from out-of-state appears on your abstract.NYPD

In my opinion you should report all tickets, accidents in your disclosure, no matter what the disposition of the ticket (NG or G or dismissed).
I reported an accident way out of state in 2005 and a fishing ticket I got out of state just to make SURE I was in compliance ! Not looking for a pat on the back here, but I don't want to have to worry that some efficient Investigator will call me out in class for non-disclosure of something stupid !
There is no polygraph test, sort of like marking your ball on the golf green, you know what you did, your playing partners expect you to be honorable. If they happen to find you cheating, it's worse than if you just say, whoops I mismarked the ball, have to charge myself 2 strokes.
If you have to make decisions now on honorable or dishonable reporting what can we and you expect if you make it thru ....
