I'm assuming this is for NYPD?

If so then I do not think he has anything to worry about. You didnt provide much information, so again I'm assuming he might have just grabbed what he wasnt supposed to grab with the stripper. There is no polygraph with the NYPD but alot of other agencies in NYS have polygraphs.
If he paid the stripper for a bj or other sex acts then he's getting a little deeper in it.

Tell him to keep it in his pants, and move on.
I wouldnt be TOO worried over it.
