You don't have to be a resident to apply/work through the process. I'd have to relocate to NJ if hired

Actually you have to be a resident of NJ to be hired.

Yes LOL that's what we both just said - by the time you're offered employment, you have to be a resident of NJ (I spoke with one of the Sgt's earlier who confirmed this).
